1 Bedroom Apartment - Sleeps up to 4 persons
This one bedroom Apartment situated on the 1^st floor is bright and airy and has pinewood furniture throughout. The spacious lounge area consists of two sofas, one which turns into a double sofa bed, satellite television, video recorder and a mini hi-fi system.  The pinewood fitted kitchen is separated from the lounge via a breakfast bar with low level stools to seat 4 people, and has a 4-ring hob, microwave and fridge. There are French doors leading from the lounge to the balcony.   The main entrance to the Apartment has steps leading up to the front door.

In the bedroom there is a double bed, a pine chest of drawers and pine fitted wardrobes, and in the bathroom there is a circular bath with shower. The balcony overlooks the swimming pool and also has a very good view of the Atlantic Ocean. There is a safe in the Apartment.

Sand Club is a very quiet complex although it is near to the flight path, therefore some aircraft noise will be experienced. The main attraction for this complex, which makes it so popular, is that it is extremely close to the main shopping area and all the bars and restaurants with nightly entertainment.  It is also close to the golf course making it an ideal location for golfers. For these reasons many people holiday at this complex time and time again.

Table and Chairs with Parasol, Sunbeds, Clothes Dryer, Overlooks the Swimming Pool and has Good Views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Complex Facilities

Adult Swimming Pool, Childrens Swimming Pool, Pool/Snack Bar and Pool Table.

Location

10 minutes from Airport, 15 minutes to Los Cristianos and 20 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car).

Towels and Linen Changes

Towels and linen change weekly.  Beach towels not provided, please bring your own with you.

There will be one bath towel and one hand towel allocated per person per week (this is standard procedure) and is included in the rental price of the Apartment.

Extra Towels

If extra towels are required there will be a charge of £3 per person per week, which will include one additional bath and hand towel per person. Extra towels MUST be ordered when booking the Apartment.  If the extra requirement for towels is not ordered at the time of booking we will not be able to guarantee the provision of more towels.

Hire of Safe

Safe hire £7 per week, this is optional.

IMPORTANT POINT - BOOKING FLIGHTS

 When booking your flights please take into consideration the checking in and checking out times for the accommodation which is as follows:

 Check-in - 3pm on day of arrival     Check-out - 10am on day of departure

 For your own convenience you should book flights to correspond as near as possible to these times as no alternative accommodation or facilities can be provided if you have an early arrival or a late departure flight.

It may be possible to be flexible on the check-out time providing there are no new guests arriving on the day of your departure.  If you telephone the office at 4.30pm the day before your departure day (or on a Friday if you are leaving on a Sunday or Monday) they will then be able to let you know if you are able to remain in the Apartment until having to leave for the airport.
